Striker Actions
The following Striker Action descriptions were taken from Kao Megura's King of Fighters 2000 Mini-FAQ v.03.

Andy Bogard
Shippuu Zan'ei Ken (Gale Phantom Slash Fist): Andy does a dashing Zan'ei Ken type attack.

Athena Asamiya
Psycho Healing (Psycho Repair): Athena jumps to where her opponent is and lands. If her ally is nearby, then they recover some of their lost Life Gauge. If an opponent is nearby, they are knocked away, but take no damage.

Bao
Psycho Ball Attack MAX "Striker MIX": Bao runs in from offscreen and does a 'Psycho Ball Attack MAX'.

Benimaru Nikaido
Elec-Trigger: Benimaru jumps over to his opponent, grabs them, and performs the Elec-Trigger. This move does no damage.

Chang Koehan Tekkyuu Dai Kourin (Great Iron Ball Drop): Chang comes in from off-screen doing his Tekkyuu Dai Assatsu attack.

Chin Gentsai
Hourai Rakuen (Pigweed Sagebrush ? Feast): Chin rolls in from offscren. After a moment, he performs the Ryuurin Hourai (although if his opponent is nearby, he does this immediately).

Choi Bounge
Chouhatsu Zanmai (Three Foolish Taunts): Choi comes in from off screen and taunts, lowering his opponent's Power Gauge. If his opponent is nearby, he does a Tatsumaki Shippuu Zan instead.

Clark Steel Flashing Launcher: Clark jumps in with a flying kick. Upon landing, if his opponent is nearby, he grabs them and throws them into the air.

Iori Yagami
Ura 108 Shiki: Ya Sakazuki (Reverse Style No. 108: Eight Wine Cups): Iori runs on screen, and performs his Ya Sakazuki attack. If the fireball only hits once, a puddle of purple energy is left behind for a while, and anyone who touches it is frozen in place.

Jhun Hoon
Fukuko Shuugeki (Tiger's Belly Raid): Jhun comes in from off screen and does a Hiko Geki. If his incoming dash hits, he does a Kuu Sajin instead.

Joe Higashi
Ora Ora Bakuretsu Ken ([greeting between fighters] Exploding Fists): Joe comes in and performs a Bakuretsu Ken attack.

Kasumi Todoh
Katsu (Harass): Kasumi jumps in with a kick attack from offscreen. If her opponent is nearby, she grabs them and throws them. If they're not nearby, she taunts instead (and if her opponent hits her while she taunts them, then they get grabbed and thrown).

Sie Kensou
Nikuman 4 U (Meat Bun For You): Kensou comes in doing a Ryuu Sougeki. Upon landing, he eats a meat bun, and his ally (if they are nearby) get some Life Gauge energy back.

Kim Kaphwan
Hishou Kyaku (Flying Rising Kick): Kim jumps in doing a Hishou Kyaku. If it hits, he follows with a Kuu Sajin.

King
Trap Rush: King comes in with a Sliding attack. If it hits, she then does a rising kick-type attack

Kyo Kusanagi Version 1.0/ Kyo Kusanagi: Version 2.0
75 Shiki: Kai² (Style No. 75 Modified: Squared): Kyo comes in with a R.E.D. Kick, then the 75 Shiki: Kai, then a taunt (Kyo's shaking finger taunt).

Kyo Kusanagi
Ura Hyaku Hachi Shiki: Orochi Nagi (Reverse Style No. 108: Great Serpent Mowdown): Kyo does his 'Orochi Nagi' attack.

K'
Narrow Spike: K' does a sliding attack. If his opponent is in air at the time, though, he does a Crow Bites instead.

Krizalid
Nothing: If you attempt to call Krizalid, he may not appear, or else you can just see half of his body on the far end of the screen, but he can't be hit, won't do anything, and won't leave (even if you do another Striker call). Also, if you notice, they spell Krizalid as "Krizarid" when he's your Striker. In the home versions of the game, Krizalid will perform the End of Heaven.

Leona
Killer Touch: Leona dashes in from off-screen. If her dash hits, she grabs her opponent and plants an explosive on them.

Mai Shiranui
Sakura Fubuki (Falling Cherry Blossoms): Mai comes in from off-screen. Upon landing, she cheers for her ally, which boosts their Power Gauge up a bit. If her incoming attack hits, she instead does an anti-air attack.

Blue Mary
Rapid Spider: Mary comes in doing her Straight Slicer. If it hits, she follows with the M. Spider, then kicks them into the air.

Maxima
Maxima Gallows: Maxima jumps over to his opponent and grabs them, then strangles them. This move does no damage.

Ralf Jones
Regal Body Blow: Ralf comes in with his Kyuukouka Bakudan Punch. Upon landing, he does a Galactica Phantom.

Robert Garcia
Ryuuren Moushuu (Rapid Dragon Rave Kick): Robert dashes in from off-screen. If his dash hits, he does a 'Ranbu' type attack.

Ryo Sakazaki
Kuuchuu Ko'ou Ken (Mid-Air Tiger Gleam Fist): Ryo jumps in, does a Kuuchuu Ko'ou Ken in mid air, then jumps away.

Shingo Yabuki
'Yacchatte Kudasai!': Shingo rushes in and tackles his opponent, holding them in place.

Takuma Sakazaki
Chou Hissatsu: Tengu Shikou Ken (Super Deadly: Tengu Final Limit Fist): Mr. Karate runs in and throws a Haou Shikou Ken, then leaves.

Terry Bogard
Dunk Geyser: Terry comes in with a Power Charge, then does a Power Dunk ending in a Power Geyser upon landing. If his opponent is far away or is jumping, Terry will simply do a Power Geyser.

Whip
Valkyrie Shot: Whip comes in from off-screen and does a repeated whip attack upon landing. If her opponent is hit as she lands, she does the Boomerang Shot instead.

Li Xiangfei (Kasumi Todoh's striker)
Dai Kokuchou (Great Cruel Taunt): Xiangfei does a taunt which lowers her opponent's Power Gauge.

Yuri Sakazaki
Hien Rekkou (Flying Assistance Violent Pierce): Yuri jumps in from off-screen. Upon landing, she roots for her ally, which increases their Power Gauge somewhat. If her incoming attack hits, she does an anti-air attack instead (the Yuri Double Chou Upper).

Extra Striker Actions
The following Extra Striker Actions are based on either my one-time observations or Noel Maldito's Extra Strikers FAQ v1.0and therefor may be incorrect or not fully correct. Extra Strikers are only available in the Dreamcast version of the game.

Seth
Final Agent: After a moment, Seth advances towards his opponent, and when close, does an uppercut attack.

Vanessa
Hard Puncher: Vanessa appears near the edge of the screen and rushes forward. If she hits, she does a 'Ranbu' type attack.

Goro Daimon (Justice)
Tenchi Gaeshi (Olympic Version) (Heaven and Hell Return [Olympic Version]): Goro appears at the edge of the screen and rushes forward. If he hits, he grabs his opponent and throws them. If the opponent is too far away, he will taunt and your power will increase slightly.

Goro Daimon (Dark)
Cho Oosotogari (Super Great Outer Reaping): Goro jumps down to the opponent's position and attempts a throw if he is close enough to them.

Billy Kane (Justice)
Rengeki Ensatsu Kon (Continuous Circle Slash Cane Attack): Billy appears at the edge of the screen and does his Dai Kaiten Geri (his f + A attack), then does his Sen'en Satsu Kon (his f,d,df + P attack).

Billy Kane (Dark)
Ippon Zuri Nage ('Fish caught on a hook' Throw): Billy rushes forward, grabs the opponent, and then performs his old throw, holding the opponent in the air for a free hit.

Ryuji Yamazaki (Justice)
Drill: Yamazaki jumps over to his opponent and performs the end Drill.

Ryuji Yamazaki (Dark)
Sarashi Kubi (Exposed Neck): Ryuji jumps over to his opponent, grabs them, and strangles them repeatedly. This move does no damage.

Kyo SP (Justice)
Kyo perform his 108 Shiki: Yami Barai and then runs forward with the first hit of the 212 Shiki: Kototsuki You allowing for juggle opportunities.

Kyo SP (Dark)
Kyo perform his 108 Shiki: Yami Barai and then follows with a 101 Shiki: Oboro Guruma of which all three hits rarely hit, though you are always guaranteed one hit, the final one, if no others connect.

Chizuru Kagura (Justice)
Boukatsu: Hatei no Reifu (Revived Pole: Ceremonial Dance of the Fan King): Kagura appears and dances around after a moment, thereby restoring some of her ally's Life Gauge. If the opponent is close to Kagura, she does the 100 Katsu: Tenjin no Kotowari instead.

Chizuru Kagura (Dark)
Rimen 1 Katsu: Sanrai no Fujin (Alternate 1st Revival: Battle Array of the Three Rattling Winds): Chizuru jumps in and performs a multiple hit dance in which you can join in for additional attacks.

Athena SP (Justice)
Renkan Tai (Chain Thigh): Athena drops down in a Phoenix Arrow and does a three-hit combo that launches the opponent into the air.

Athena SP (Dark)
Psycho Shoot: Similiar to the Justice Striker only Athena ends performing a Psycho Shoot that vaults her opponent instead of the Renkan Tai.

Alfred (Justice)
Drops in and performs a four hit diving kick that eventually rises up again. If the opponent is not close enough, Alfred will taunt instead, increasing his partner's energy gauge.

Alfred (Dark)
Alfred runs in and performs a multiple hit rising attack. If the opponent is not close enough, Alfred will taunt instead, increasing his partner's energy gauge.

Gai Tendou (Justice)
Wheel Combo: Maxi Edge: Gai leaps in with a jump kick; if it hits, his opponent is knocked down. Gai then throws off his hooded robe and does a jumping heel drop similar to Terry's Crack Shoot / Joe's Ougon no Kakato, which hits twice. Afterwards, he does a straight kick, then leaps off-screen. Note that the heel drop won't combo into the straight kick unless you hit your opponent during the delay between Gai landing and doing the straight kick.

Gai Tendou (Dark)

Sho Kirishima (Justice)
Sexual Charisma Dynamite (Remember KOF): Sho leaps in with a diving attack. Upon landing, he does a upwards-thrusting attack. If the diving attack hits, he does a taunt instead, which lowers his opponent's Power Gauge.

Sho Kirishima (Dark)
Sho rides in on his motorcycle that he drives toward the opponent in a kamikazee attack.
