K' is the result of an unnatural creation. Planned to become the ultimate Kyo Kusanagi clone by the NESTS Cartel, they succeeded, but only in part. While K' inherited the inmense Kusanagi flames, his weak body is unable to sustain so much power. Thus a special glove is required for him to wield flames. K' is bitter with life and wishes to live as he pleases. Impervious to feelings, K' is very cold and ruthless. (read bio)

Maxima was recruited by the NESTS Cartel who equipped him with a special battle armor that enhanced his physical attributes and gave him built-in weaponry. He was paired with the quiet and short-tempered K'. Though they don't talk too much, the two share a grudge against life that allows them to be closer than they think.
