Kim, Chang Koehan
Korea's Strangest Fighters make another appearance in the Dream Match headed by Kim Kaphwan, much to the chagrin of both Chang Koehan and Choi Bounge. If you've got a keen eye, you'll notice that in each of the Koreans stages throughout KOF, their previous stages can be seen off in the far distance. Some of them are blatanly obvious, such as the 98 Edition which has the stage in plane view on top of a mountain, while others, like the 96 stage with the locale set behind the ditch, have them hidden.

Ever the evangelist, Kim welcomed the opportunity to show the world justice and the King of Fighters was the perfect opportunity for international display! The problem was how to show everyone justice, especially when Kim lacked the teammates to enter. It then dawned upon him after hearing of the escape of two famous Korean criminals... Kim would reform the pair of prisoners to show the world justice! (read bio)
