Iori was commiting himself to strict self discipline and training alone in woods by himself. He seemed to work better in solitude. No one there to bother him. No one there for him to bother. Everyone peaceful and serene, allowing him to concentrate on his one goal at hand: The destruction of Kyo Kusanagi. Iori continued with his exercises when he senses somebody was watching him... A black and white blur dash passed him, swiping for his legs. Iori easily evaded the attack and found he was right! Somebody was watching him! A black and red blur came at his blind-side and nearly took off his head, but Iori narrowly dodged this attack with a quick side step. Whoever this was, they weren't alone. His assailants showed themselves after Iori had survived their intial efforts and introduced themselves as Mature and Vice, former secretaries of Rugal needing a partner to enter the King of Fighters and Iori was the lucky winner of their little lottery. Iori thought to himself for a minute... The King of Fighters? Another chance to take a stab at Kyo Kusanagi! He agreed to join Mature and Vice if they really wanted him to, but made it known that he only had one purpose, to bring about the defeat of Kyo... Neither of the two females were to even touch the heir to the Kusanagi throne, he was Iori's and Iori's alone. The two girls laughed. Was that all Yagami wanted? Reaching an understanding amongst themselves, the three set off to join the rest of the athletes involved who had already been preparing for the King of Fighters. Unbeknownst to Iori, Mature and Vice actual had other ulterior motives for wanting Yagami as a partner. They had been assigned to watch over him by another...

Iori is the latest descendant of the Yagami clan, a cursed bloodline which has been condemned to living a short lifespan due to the Orochi blood flowing through their veins. He is a single, self-absorbed person who cares about nobody but himself and can't stand to be bossed around! His only goal in life is to defeat Kyo and, if anybody should oppose him, will dispose them down like the trash they are! (read bio)

Mature is one of the two Orochi assassins that work for Goenitz, one of the Four Heavenly Kings. Being the most attractive one, her beauty mesmerizes all, but Mature is actually a ruthless woman who doesn't reflect her beautiful image and slim figure. She will kill anyone who stands in her way. Vice is one of the two Orochi assassins that work for Goenitz, one of the four Heavenly Kings. Considered to be the most ruthless and sadistic of the duo, Vice is like a wild panther: always stalking their prey and killing them with much brutality. Vice is a blood-thirsty monster who finds it relaxing to see blood all around. She seems to be in an eternal state of anger and frustration. She also despises Saisyu. (read bio)
