| Rugal Bernstein was believed to have been killed in the blast that swallowed his carrier, the Blacknoah. However, Rugal was able to survive the explosion by ciphering a power that was previously latent within him. Using this unknown and myserious power, Rugal escaped almost unscathed, replacing the body parts that had been mangled or made useless from the fiery blast with cybernetic enhancements, furthering his power even more. Fully revitalized and improved, Rugal sought vengence from those who dared to defy him in the tournament he had held the past year. The easiest and most efficient way to extract revenge on each of the fighters and every team was not to hunt them down one by one, but to have them all congregate in a single area where they could be pinned in and from therein it would be like shooting ducks in a barrel for the mighty Rugal, now going by the namesake of Omega Rugal with his new pseudo god-like powers. Confident with both himself and his new capabilities, Rugal had his secretary Vice once agains end out invitations around the glove for another King of Fighters and, in the rare event that his new power should fail, also comissioned her to round up a secret weapon... |
