The infamous and notorious Ikari Warriors, Ralf and Clark were on a mission, but crash landed in the jungles of Brazil during their recon and were lost in the Amazons. Fending their way through snakes, ape, and other beasts of the like, the two were surprised when they approached a familiar face, Heidern, a former commander of the two mercenaries. Heidern assisted the duo in their escape from the Brazilian wildlife and offered a contract to Ralf and Clark, to enter with him in an upcoming tournament called the King of Fighters. Still loyal and commited to their one time commander, Ralf and Clark signed up for the mission without hesitation, eager to repay the favor just done for them and happy to serve under their respected commander once more.

Inside Heidern's cool exterior is a man full of guilt and haunt. This strict commander hides a very dark past, all thanks to Rugal, a cruel and evil man that reduced his life to shambles in a blink of an eye. Following Rugal's death, Heidern declined all future invitations to the King of Fighters tournament until the surfacing of the NESTS Cartel when he took Whip's place on the Ikari squad. (read bio)

Ralf Jones, along with his lifetime friend, Clark Steel, have passed through so many missions that most mercenaries would be happy if they could accomplish even half of what the duo has done. Ralf is sort of cocky, unlike his serious partner, but he is aware of his responsibility and will do anything to get the mission done. He cares a lot for Leona, but doesn't want it to be revealed. Clark is part of the Ikari Warriors mercenary agency. He is closest with Ralf since they have been through several missions together and they both know how the other thinks Clark is very quiet and doesn't show too much emotion in his cold face with his melancolic eyes hidden by shades. It is hard for him to relate with others and he is not good with sentimental words, but inside Clark is warm guy. (read bio)

Rugal Yes, that is what I mean! These statues are the end result of all I have beaten! Aren't they wonderful?

Heidern Rugal! It's been 8 years since we last met. You haven't forgotten me, have you?
Rugal Oh, yes... I thought I recognized your face from somewhere. The captain of the mercenary soldiers that I annihilated. I recall that I killed your family, too. Sorry about that. For compensation, I'll send you to the other world so that your family won't miss you any more. Come with me to the battle stage.
