Shippuu Zan'ei Ken (Gale Phantom Slash Fist): Andy does a dashing Zan'ei Ken type attack.
Beyond The Flames: Angel slides in and performs a Beyond The Flames attack.
Phoenix Arrow: Athena jumps in and performs her Phoenix Arrow ('94 style) and ends with a kick which juggles the opponent. She doesn't perform the last action (the kick) if the Phoenix Arrow misses though.
Psychic Attack: Bao somersaults towards the opponent. He'll then perform a Psychic Attack which juggles the opponent before rolling away.
Elec-Trigger: Benimaru jumps over to his opponent, grabs them, and performs the Elec-Trigger. This move does no damage.
Chin comes in and takes his winning pose where he fiddles with his sake jug. If the jug hits the opponent, the latter will be knocked up. Go figure.
Geketsu Tsuki: Choi jumps in attempts his 
throw.
Tree of Freedom: Foxy executes the Tree of Freedom and finishes with the Silver Moon.
Roar: Gorgon jumps in with a claw attack and roars upon landing.
Tenchi Gaeshi (Olympic Version) (Heaven and Hell Return [Olympic Version]): Goro appears at the edge of the screen and rushes forward. If he hits, he grabs his opponent and throws them.
Moon Slasher: Heidern does his '98 intro before performing his Moon Slasher.
Teppou Hiyoko (Doll Gun): Hinako performs her Tsukidashi attack.
Ura 108 Shiki: Ya Sakazuki (Reverse Style No. 108: Eight Wine Cups): Iori runs on screen, and performs his Ya Sakazuki attack. If the fireball only hits once, a puddle of purple energy is left behind for a while, and anyone who touches it is frozen in place.
Shijou Saikyou Low Kick: Joe jumps in and performs his Shijou Saikyou Low Kick before running away.
Sen Shippo: Kensou jumps in and performs a Sen Shippo attack.
Narrow Spike: K' does a sliding attack. If his opponent is in air at the time, though, he does a Crow Bites instead.
K9999 jumps in with an attack before slowly walking away.
Hishou Kyaku (Flying Rising Kick): Kim jumps in doing a Hishou Kyaku. If it hits, he follows with a Kuu Sajin.
Trap Rush: King comes in with a Sliding attack. If it hits, she then does a rising kick-type attack
Negative Anguish: Krizalid comes in and performs the Negative Anguish which can absorb projectiles.
Crow Bites: Kula runs in and performs her Crow Bites.
75 Shiki: Kai² (Style No. 75 Modified: Squared): Kyo comes in with a R.E.D. Kick, then the 75 Shiki: Kai, then a taunt (Kyo's shaking finger taunt).
Killer Touch: Leona dashes in from off-screen. If her dash hits, she grabs her opponent and plants an explosive on them.
Hirai Kyaku (Flying Lightning Kick): Lin comes in from off-screen performing his Hiten Kyaku attack.
Mizudori No Mai: Mai comes in and performs her Mizudori No Mai.
Rapid Spider: Mary comes in doing her Straight Slicer. If it hits, she follows with the M. Spider, then kicks them into the air.
Maxima Gallows: Maxima jumps over to his opponent and grabs them, then strangles them. This move does no damage.
Galactica Phantom: Ralf comes in with his Kyuukouka Bakudan Punch. Upon landing, he does a Galactica Phantom.
El Diablo Amarillo: Ramon rushes forward, and if he hits, he does a 'Ranbu' type attack.
Ryuuren Moushuu (Rapid Dragon Rave Kick): Robert dashes in from off-screen. If his dash hits, he does a 'Ranbu' type attack.
Appears next to the opponent and performs an unblockable attack
Tenchi Haou Ken: Ryo runs forward and performs his Tenchi Haou Ken.
Final Agent: After a moment, Seth advances towards his opponent, and when close, does an uppercut attack.
212 Shiki: Kototsuki Mikansei: Shingo runs in and performs a 212 Shiki: Kototsuki Mikansei attack.
Chou Hissatsu: Tengu Shikou Ken (Super Deadly: Tengu Final Limit Fist): Mr. Karate runs in and throws a Haou Shikou Ken, then leaves.
Dunk Geyser: Terry comes in with a Power Charge, then does a Power Dunk ending in a Power Geyser upon landing. If his opponent is far away or is jumping, Terry will simply do a Power Geyser.
Hard Puncher: Vanessa appears near the edge of the screen and rushes forward. If she hits, she does a 'Ranbu' type attack.
Valkyrie Shot: Whip comes in from off-screen and does a repeated whip attack upon landing. If her opponent is hit as she lands, she does the Boomerang Shot instead.
